Our facilities provide state-of-the-art security throughout, giving our parents complete peace of mind as to the safety of their little ones in our home-away-from-home environment.
Our team is highly qualified in all aspects of childcare, including NVQ Level 3 in Childcare up to Degree level. We continually invest in our team and provide opportunities to further their knowledge and development which maintains their motivation, commitment, and enjoyment.
This could be through long-term qualification routes or short courses or in-house training. We offer training in multiple areas of childcare, including First Aid, Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene

Role Purpose: To provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for babies, supporting their development and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety, hygiene, and care of babies at all times.
• Follow safeguarding policies and report concerns promptly.
• Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum through activities and observations.
• Maintain positive communication with parents and colleagues.
• Act as a key person for assigned children, fostering trust and development.
• Attend mandatory training, staff meetings, and maintain professional growth.
Requirements:
➡️ Minimum Level 2 Child Care Qualification
➡️ At least 1 year experience as a Childcare Practitioner
➡️ A thorough understanding of the EYFS
➡️ High standards of work and cleanliness in the workplace

Join us as a Full-time (40 hours per week) Toddler Practitioner and help to create a secure and stimulating setting where little ones can explore and thrive, whilst representing our nursery with professionalism and friendliness.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
• Prioritise the health, safety and well-being of children, reporting any concerns immediately.
• Create a supportive and caring environment for children, considering their individual development.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, including cleaning and changing duties.
• Stay updated on the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage and strive to exceed them.
• Actively engage in planning activities, observing children, and keeping records as requested.
• Follow assigned routines, duties, and schedules as guided by supervisors.
• Take on assigned responsibilities as a key person and support colleagues when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding children, families, and staff matters.
• Create a stimulating and creative atmosphere within the group.
• Provide staff cover when requested by management.
• Attend mandatory training, staff meetings, and professional development events.
• Support and mentor colleagues pursuing childcare qualifications.
• Serve as a positive role model for junior staff members.
